Standard & Reversible Power Supplies

Power Supplies
  • Automatic operation
  • 12,24 or 110 VDC output
  • Multiple terminal block
Features Include: Standard (STD) Power Supplies: are ideally equipped for applications not requiring reverse switching functions. Optional solid state switching is also available.
  • Three voltage outputs available
  • Continuous operation
  • Isolation transformer protection
  • Multiple terminal block
Reversible (REV) Power Supplies: feature fully automatic reversing with isolation transformer and rectifier. They provide optimum performance in automatic cycling applications. The electronically controlled release cycle ensures positive release of the load. When the Reversible Power Supply is operated manually, release cycling is electronically pulsed.

Power Supply Options:
  • Pilot Lights
  • Indicator lights are available on the front panel of the power supply.
  • The AC pilot light indicates when power is applied to the power supply.
  • The DC pilot light indicates when power is applied to the magnet.
  • (Not available with variable output control.)
  • Panel Mounted Fuse Holder
  • All IMI power supplies are fuse protected. If desired, the fuse holder may be optionally mounted on the front panel for easy access.
  • Variable Output Control
  • Adjustable controls permit variable output voltage to the magnet. Changing the voltage adjusts the magnet's strength and holding power. (Note: If optional variable output is ordered a large enclosure may be required.)
  • AC On/Off Switch
  • To control the flow of primary input current for the system, an AC On/Off toggle switch is available for mounting on the front panel.
  • DC On/Off Control
  • Providing more precise magnet control, the DC On/Off switch, is available as a toggle switch or a push button, and is mounted on the front panel.
  • AC Line Cord
  • Three wire grounded AC line cords, with standard three conductor molded plugs, are available for all power supplies with 120 VAC input.
  • Special Accessories
  • Connectors are available for PLC or computer interface. IMI will be pleased to accommodate customers requesting and special accessories they may need.
