CFE hinges

CFE Hinges

High impact strength special technopolymer in black color with matte finish surfaces. Resistant to solvents, oil, greases and other chemical agents.
AISI 303 stainless steel rotation stud pin.

Fitting by means of:

  • 2 pairs of nickel-plated brass bushings with tapped hole
  • 2 pairs of nickel-plated brass studs
  • 2 pairs of through holes for cylindrical head screws
  • 1 pair of nickel-plated brass bushings with tapped hole and 1 pair of nickel-plated brass studs
  • 1 pair of nickel-plated brass bushings with tapped hole and 1 pair of through holes for cylindrical head screws
  • 1 pair of nickel-plated brass studs and 1 pair of through holes for cylindrical head screws

Rotation angle: max 190°, between 0° and -70° and between 0° and 120° (0° = where the two interconnected surfaces are on the same plane). Do not exceed the rotation angle limit so as not to prejudice the hinges mechanical performance (see drawing).

This model has been conceived for doors with gaskets.
