High impact technopolymer hinge for thin doors

CFD Hinges The hinge is made up of two parts of different size (one is large and the other is narrow) to use on structures with thin doors.

High impact strength special technopolymer in black color with matte finish surfaces. Resistant to solvents, oil, greases and other chemical agents.
AISI 303 stainless steel rotation pin.

Fitting by means of:

  • 2 pairs of nickel-plated brass bushings with tapped hole.
  • 1 pair of nickel-plated brass studs in the large part and 1 pair of nickel-plated steel studs in the narrow part
  • 1 pair of nickel-plated brass bushings with tapped hole in the large part and 1 pair of nickel-plated steel studs in the narrow part.
  • 1 pair of nickel-plated brass studs in the large part and 1 pair of nickel-plated steel bushings with tapped hole in the narrow part.
  • 1 pair of through holes for cylindrical head screws in the large part and 1 pair of nickel-plated brass bushings with tapped hole in the narrow part.
  • 1 pair of through holes for cylindrical head screws in the large part and 1 pair of nickel-plated steel studs in the narrow part.

Rotation angle: max 215°, between 0° and -105° and between 0° and 110° (90° = where the two interconnected surfaces are on the same plane). Do not exceed the rotation angle limit so as not to prejudice the hinges mechanical performance (see drawing).
