CFA Hinges

High impact technopolymer hinge w/Stainless steel rotation pin
High impact strength polyamide-based (PA) technopolymer.
Resistant to solvents, oil, greases and other chemical agents.
Black color with matte finish.
AISI 303 stainless steel rotation pin.

Fitting by means of:

  • 2 pairs of nickel-plated brass bushings with tapped hole
  • 2 pairs of nickel-plated steel studs
  • 2 pairs of through holes for countersunk head screws
  • 2 pairs of through holes for cylindrical head screws
  • 1 pair of nickel-plated brass bushings with tapped hole and 1 pair of nickel-plated steel studs
  • 1 pair of nickel-plated brass bushings with tapped hole and 1 pair of through holes for countersunk head screws.
  • 1 pair of nickel-plated brass bushings with tapped hole and 1 pair of through holes for cylindrical head screws
  • 1 pair of nickel-plated steel studs and 1 pair of through holes for cylindrical head screws
  • 1 pair of nickel-plated steel studs and 1 pair of through holes for countersunk head screws

Application example

Rotation angle: max 220°, between 0° and -40° and between 0° and 180° (0° = where the two interconnected surfaces are on the same plane).

Do not exceed the rotation angle limit so as not to prejudice the hinges mechanical performance.
